At present WLP is running evening meetings on weekdays from 8.00 pm to 9.30pm, usually on a Monday (approximately monthly except in July and August). Philosophical topics are introduced by one or more of our regular attendees and we always allow time for discussion. There is a small attendance charge to pay for accommodation.

All events are currently held in the upstairs meeting room at The Adelaide Public House, Park Road, Teddington (close to Teddington railway station, with plenty of free car parking in the adjacent roads).
We are very happy that we are now able to run a few Saturday Schools again, We started with Jane O’Grady’s discussion of ‘Memes’ in June 2024 and we are following this with a Saturday School on 16h November 2024 with Chris Hamilton on the thought of Simone Weil – further details are on this web-site. Our Saturday Schools run from 2.00 pm until 5.00 pm and there is a charge of £10 for these events. Many of us arrive early early at the Adelaide for these events, from 12.30 pm, for lunch. We hope that we will be able to run more Saturday Schools with professional philosophers in the not too distant future.
